A cultural encounter
Sankofa is ADR's signature cultural experience programme for visitors to Ghana. It is built on a simple conviction: that the deepest encounters with culture happen not when you observe it, but when you participate in it.
You will learn to drum. You will learn to move. You will meet real Ghanaian artists and community members. You will visit real cultural places. You will carry something home that cannot be bought in a gift shop.
Sankofa is not a performance for tourists. It is an invitation into the living culture of Ghana.
